Red ball Mini Tennis is played across the width of a tennis court with shorter rackets and large softer balls. It is suitable for players aged from 3 to 7 years old. These sessions develop the player’s agility, balance and co-ordination and introduced the basic skills of the game.
Orange ball Mini Tennis is played with a low compression ball on the main court with the base line and side lines moved in and the net lowered. It is suitable for players from the age of 7 or 8 and upwards, depending on their size and strength, and continues the development of the core tennis skills as well as movement and co-ordination.
Green ball Mini Tennis is played on a full size tennis court with balls that are slightly lighter than yellow balls. It is suitable for players aged 9 and 10 upwards
There are also classes available for beginners, improvers and performance players aged 11-16 years old which covers all the technical and tactical aspects of the game.
